Welcome to Internetual.com General Internetual.com Forum & Membership Rules By joining this forum you agree to be bound by the following rules and terms, all of which are subject to change at any time, without prior notification. It is your responsibility to proactively check rules and updated terms. The owners and management of 'Internetual.com' reserve the right to refuse membership to any prospective or existing member, for any reason. Having said that we are a very friendly forum and want to create a harmonius place for domainers, webmasters, marketers and everyone else involved in the internet to meet, trade, do business and socialise. We do not condone or permit any illegal activity. Members who break or flout the rules may be subject to infactions, temporary or permanent bans. This is subject to the rules and mods and admins interpretations of the rules. The owners word will be final. Each forum and sub-forum has it's own set of rules. Please consult and adhere to these rules before posting anywhere. Again, we are very tolerant and are aware genuine mistakes can be made. Normally a pm from a mod will suffice to clear up any issues. Again, we cannot have a rule for everything, but try to layout basic rules to lay a foundation for a happy and harmonious community. (1) We do not support content that is illegal in nature, according to United Kingdom Rules. This includes illegal adult text or pictures, racially motivated images or content. We do not support or allow obscene information to be printed or pictures. No swearing or personal attacks on members will be allowed either. No violence, no threats or violent images or content will be allowed on this forum. Anything that the management deems inappropriate or illegal will simply not be allowed. The only part of the forum where adult language is allowed is in the adult domain forum and adult website forum. Again, anything mentioned mentioned must be 100% legal and absolutely no adult images of any kind are allowed. You are fully responsible for links you provide. The management takes no responsible for third party links. You must also be 18 years or older or the age of majority to visit these sections or to post in these sections. (2) Do not spam this forum. Everyone knows what constitutes spam, we don't need to spell it out. Warnings or bans may be given out for breaking this or any rule above or below. This includes pm spam. (3) Please post in the correct forums. We reserve the right to move threads and posts or delete as necessary. (4) No promotion of domain forums, webmaster forums, or anything related to internet forums will be allowed. Links are expressly forbidden. In certain sections links to domain sales sites will be allowed. (5) No thread bumping. Only post new information, or relevant information. Do not hijack other peoples threads or sales threads. (6) You agree that you are the legal domain or website owner to sell it. This goes for any other product or service, for example 'scripts' The only exception is where you are brokering a domain. There is a domain brokerage section for this. You must also own a domain or website to have it appraised. (7) Private information should stay that way. Please do not go posting people's names, addresses and email contact information if they do not wish or know. We will not be held responsible for this. You are responsible for all of your own posts and can be held liable, not the forum owners or management. We reserve the right again to remove any posts or information we feel is invading on people's privacy. If people feel information needs to be published, then it will be moved to the legal sections, and again management reserve right to edit as necessary, whilst maintaining middle ground where best. Again you understand and agree, we are not a legal entity and are only here to help and create a community where possible. (8) Personal attacks or abuse to members, mods, staff, or owners of forum will not be tolerated. Infactions or bans will be the result. (9) All content on internetual.com, is owned by the management. Text, images, posts etc. cannot be redistributed or used elsewhere. You agree eveything that is contributed to the forum is owned by Internetual.com and it's owners, and we have the right to edit as we deem necessary. You agree that anything you post or contribute however is your responsibility and the forum and it's owners cannot be held liable in any way shape or form. (10) If you have a problem with an individual or a post, please report the post by clicking the warning sign top right of post. Only pm mods if urgent or some other issue. (11) Only post sold or offer to sell a domain/website or any other item, if you are ready, willing and able to buy, or likewise are the owner and want to sell. You are both responsible to deliver a timely sale and transaction. The forum does not take any responsibility for faults, scammers etc. We will of course ban scammers, once they are found to be as such. (12) No affiliate links in posts. In signatures is allowed. Please limit to one affiliate link. Members are allowed a maximum of 3 links in their signatures. (13) Username changes are at this time not allowed. If you wish to leave the forum at any time, we can with your express permission close the account, although all posts are to stay, trader rating feedback etc. (14) Trader rating feedback is actively encouraged for completed sales or jobs. Examples are sold domains, websites, or development work carried out, script installs etc Please detail work done and be honest in your feedback. No malicious feedback will be tolerated, and will be removed if proved or thought to be malicious. (15) No illegal activity is condoned. No scamming is allowed. If we feel domains, websites or any other item is of dubious integrity we will take the listing down. Even on the fringes we include trademark domains, and won't allow these to be traded on our platform, where we see it. (16) Any disagreements you may have with any other member, we would encourage you to resolve privately, not in full view of everyone. Again, we take no responsibility for what you say to other people or what you have said to you. You are liable as are other members. Internetual.com and it's owners assume no liability. (17) Your Internetual account may not be sold, transferred or traded with any other member or non-member. It is for you exclusive use. It is your responsibility to safeguard your login details. (18) Each individual outside Internetual management is only allowed one Internetual account. Sometimes management needs more than 1 account due to one account being for administartion, another for personal use. This is the exception to the rule. Multiple account holders outside this exception will at least have their accounts suspended. (19) Private message will not be viewed. We reserve the right in exceptional cases where we believe illegal activity at worst or at best mass spamming taking place to potentially view. Again, this would be exceptional, but we need to reserve that right. Again by joining, you agree to these terms. (20) You agree to be bound by any future updates to the forum rules or new additions or amendments for as long as you are a member. Lastly we would like to say that although these rules may seem quite harsh, we are a really friendly bunch!
